Harris also stated that this would further isolate the two countries, namely Russia and North Korea. “I think this would be a big mistake. The idea that they would supply munitions to achieve that goal would be – would be a big mistake. I also really believe that for Russia and North Korea, this would further isolate them,” Haris said.

Meanwhile, reports say North Korea’s Kim Jong Un plans to travel to Russia this month to meet President Vladimir Putin.
