Russia has a total personnel of 1,330,900 people, they have 830,900 active troops, 250,000 reserve personnel and 250,000 paramilitaries. This number is divid according to their duties in the Army, Navy and Air Force. The Russian Army has 12,566 tanks, 151,641 armored vehicles, 4,336 towed artillery, 6,575 mobile artillery and 3,887 rocket artillery.

For its Air Force, Russia is support by 1,531 helicopters, 773 combat aircraft, 444 transport aircraft, 524 training aircraft, 147 special mission aircraft, 744 attack aircraft, and 537 attack helicopters. Meanwhile, the Russian Navy has 86 corvettes, 11 frigates, 70 submarines, 59 patrol boats, 49 warships, 1 aircraft carrier, and 15 destroyers. Not only that, it also has a lot of nuclear weapons. Quoting a report by Al Jazeera, Monday (27/2/2023), the Kremlin is expect to have 5,977 nuclear warheads by 2022. Of the total number of nuclear warheads it has, there are around 1,588 of which are ready to be us via intercontinental missiles or bombers.

2. Belarus

Belarus occupies 60th position based on Global Fire Power 2023 survey data. This country has a large total number of personnel, namely 445,000 people, from 45,000 active personnel, 290,000 reserve personnel and 110,000 are paramilitary.
